Tapped from rubber trees in Tamil Nadu. We don't cut it with fillers. Soft on first step. Returns to shape between wears.
02 · Midsole
Closed-cell. A single durometer. Tuned for daily load. Light. Quiet. Doesn't squeak on tile.
002 Assembly

Cut
Footbed and midsole sheets are cut to size. Edges are inspected before the next step.

Bond
Footbed laminated to midsole with heat and pressure. No edge adhesives. No visible glue line. The bond runs the full footprint.
03
Trim
Hand-trimmed by one person at the unit. Edges chamfered. Burrs removed. Soft-buffed before inspection.
04
Sign
Each pair is checked against specification. Initialled, boxed, sent. If it doesn't pass, it doesn't ship.

CARE
Damp cloth. Shade dry. No solvents. No machine wash.
If the bond loosens within thirty days of receipt, send the pair back. We replace it.
Wear is not a defect. The footbed will compress slightly over months. That is by design.
