001 Policy

What we accept

Contact us within 10 days of receiving your pair and we'll arrange a full refund or replacement. No justification required — wrong size, changed your mind, doesn't suit you. If it's within 10 days and unworn, we'll sort it.

Wear is not a defect. The footbed will compress slightly over months. That is by design and is not a basis for return.

Contact us

Email us at our contact page with your order reference and the reason (briefly). Do this within 10 days of receipt.

We confirm

We'll reply within 1 working day to confirm the return and arrange collection, or ask you to ship the pair back to us. We cover the return shipping cost.

Refund or replacement

Once the pair is received, we'll process a replacement or a full refund within 5 working days. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

003 Production note

Before dispatch

If we don't reach the minimum demand to proceed with a production run, every order will be refunded in full — automatically, with no action needed from you. We'll email you as soon as that decision is made.
